Other than the reduced click sound, the MX Anywhere 3S doesn't have many new features compared to the previous model. However, if you can bear the slightly higher price, this is the best portable mouse.

What is the difference between Logitech Phone Number List MX Anywhere 3 and Logitech MX Anywhere 3S? If you can tell by appearance alone, you are a person with a keen eye.
This is because Logitech's top-of-the-line portable mouse is physically indistinguishable from its predecessor. On the other hand, looking at the inside, it features the 'quiet click' technology of its 'big brother' MX Master 3S and a new 8,000 DPI sensor. Additionally, a new Logitech Bolt dedicated dongle is used instead of the Unifying Receiver.
In fact, this change may not mean much unless your PC monitor is as big as a dining table to test the improved DPI. But even if the Anywhere 3S has lost a bit of value (it retails for the same $80, minus the dongle), it's still one of the best small mice out there.
usability
The size of the MX Anywhere 3S is clearly on the small side, but it is not inconvenient to use for a long time. My hands are medium-sized for a man, and after using it for more than a week, I had no problems with major computing tasks (of course, I prefer a moderately large mouse). This mouse is just under 10cm long and, more importantly, has a height of about 3.2cm, making it suitable for adults with small hands.

However, the somewhat small size is not a drawback of this product. Anyway, this mouse is a portable product. It was made so that it can be used anywhere, with the word ‘Anywhere’ in the name. Its soft pebble shape fits easily into any bag. When you need to move in a hurry, you can put it in your pocket. The wide and generous basic buttons are comfortable to use all day. The side buttons are a bit stiff, but you won't accidentally click them. The well-grooved mouse wheel can be switched between normal and ultra-fast scrolling with a single button.
surface available
Another feature of the ‘Anywhere’ brand is that it works on all materials, including glass. Personally, I often use the mouse with my mouse on my pants while on the move, and the Anywhere 3S worked well in this case as well. I also tested it on a scale with an entire surface made of mirrors, and there were no problems. If you need a mouse that literally works 'anywhere', this product is the answer.

Anywhere 3S allows you to easily switch between three devices using the buttons at the bottom. Just like the previous MX mouse, it works perfectly whether you use Bluetooth or Logitech's dedicated Bolt USB dongle. Compared to the MX Anywhere 3, which includes a dongle at the same price, the lack of a dongle can be said to be a disadvantage. However, considering that it is a 'portable' mouse and most users use the device's built-in Bluetooth function instead of the USB-A port, it is completely understandable.
Performance
Aside from the 70-day battery life (I wasn't able to test it exactly during the review period, but I'm using Anywhere 3, I can trust these specs), the unique physical feature of this mouse is the scroll wheel. It's great for a small mouse and feels heavy and solid under your fingers. You can switch between regular step scrolling and fast scrolling with a single button.
This is a feature that can only be appreciated after using it for a while, and I wish it would be supported in other mice as well. Of course, you don't have to switch if you don't need it. When the user increases the scrolling speed sufficiently, the mouse intelligently recognizes this and automatically increases the wheel rotation speed. Even though this feature has been around for a few years, it's still impressive.
